Ive done this but I also need to protect parts of my sheet and when I enable the protection (only other cells are locked, not cells with the drop down) the multi selection stops working. Is there a way around this?

Is there a way to edit what the grey prompt text says? So instead of it saying “click here to type text” it might say “client name”. I’m trying to make a letter template for employees to use for letters to Clients, so there are no headings to indicate what needs to go in each text field, it is just within the paragraph of the letter. Help! Every time I do this, it only carries over the first page of each document. As an example, if my document 2 has 10 pages, only page 1 carries over.
